CES provides competitive pay, 100% board-paid insurance, and small class sizes. Qualifications should include proper certification and background checks. CES is a small rural school that has a positive team atmosphere. We have a great mixture of new and experienced teachers. We aim to provide increased teacher and student support through interventions and focused instructional time. We have seen tremendous growth in student performance in all elementary classes in the last three years. We are looking for a positive team player who is excited to build relationships and foster a culture of growth and learning.
